The Company carries out the return and exchange of goods of the proper quality in accordance with the Law «About protection of the rights of consumers».
Terms of return and exchange
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receiving the goods by the buyer.
The return shipment of the goods is carried out by agreement.
Terms of return for goods of appropriate quality
You can return the item or exchange it if:
- the product was not in use and has no traces of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, rubs, stains, etc .;
- the products are fully equipped and the factory packaging is preserved;
- all labels and factory markings are kept;
- the products retain their presentation and their consumer properties.
According to the law «About protection of the rights of consumers», the company may refuse to the consumer in the exchange and return of products of appropriate quality, if they fall into the categories indicated in the current List of non-food goods of appropriate quality, not subject to return and exchange
